CLD’s winning entry demonstrated exceptional China digital transformation – integrating WeChat, WeCom, Douyin and CRM – to drive local market success for a global luxury brand.

CLD’s Award-winning Case Study

CLD helped a prestigious luxury watchmaker undergo a complete digital transformation of the brand’s China operations by unifying its WeChat ecosystem, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and a Customer Data Platform. This integration gave the watchmaker a 360° data-driven, hyper-personalized CRM and marketing capability, boosting direct sales and client engagement while ensuring full PIPL compliance.
